Realty Applications cannot be held legally liable for baseline discrepancies resulting from alterations made by the primary builder.
- No Financial Binding: Content on this site does not constitute a formal contract or a binding financial offering. All final transaction terms, pricing allocations, and financial plans must be executed through formal, legally binding builder-buyer agreements.
5. Jurisdictional Governance
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the performance or material framework of this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
