1. Nature of Our Services
M/s Realty Applications is an independent real estate brokerage and authorized channel partner. We are not the developer or builder of the projects featured on this website. Our services involve providing advisory, property shortlisting, site-visit coordination, and documentation support to help you purchase or lease property directly from the respective developer or owner.
2. No Fees Charged for Initial Consultation
Property enquiries, consultations, site visits, and shortlisting assistance offered through this website are provided free of charge to prospective buyers. We do not collect any booking amount, token money, or payment toward a property through this website. All such payments are made by you directly to the respective developer or seller under their official payment terms.
3. Brokerage & Advisory Fees
Where a brokerage or advisory fee applies, the amount and payment terms are disclosed to you in writing upfront, before you engage our services for that transaction. You will always know what you are paying and why before any fee becomes due. We do not levy hidden charges.
4. Refunds
As we do not collect property payments, booking amounts, or token money through this website, no such refunds are processed by us; any refund of amounts paid to a developer or seller is governed solely by the terms of the official Builder-Buyer Agreement or sale agreement signed directly between you and that developer or seller. Where a service or advisory fee has been paid directly to M/s Realty Applications and the agreed service has not been rendered, you may request a refund by contacting us, and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
